Installation of New Electrical Panels (220V / 400V / 24V)

The scope of work covered the supply, installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of new electrical panels operating at 220V, 400V, and 24V, in accordance with the vessel’s electrical distribution requirements.

All panels supplied were designed and manufactured in compliance with applicable marine and electrical standards, suitable for continuous operation under engine room and operational environmental conditions. The panels were equipped with appropriate protection devices, control components, and safety features to ensure reliable and safe operation.

The works included mechanical installation, power and control cabling, internal wiring, system integration, labeling, and verification of protection and control functions. All activities were performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, classification society requirements, and applicable international standards.

Comprehensive inspection, functional testing, and commissioning were carried out to confirm correct operation, voltage integrity, protection coordination, and overall system reliability. Upon completion, the electrical panels were delivered in a safe, fully operational condition, enhancing system safety, operational efficiency, and maintainability.
